Participants in the Leadership Lehigh Valley program represent a broad range interests and professional experiences, such as business and industry, social services, hospitals, private enterprise, and more. Leadership Lehigh Valley participants represent the economic and cultural diversity of the region.

300 companies and organizations have sponsored over 750+ participants in the Leadership Lehigh Valley program over the years. Armed with knowledge of issues, resources, and opportunities for service, Leadership Lehigh Valley's graduates go on to serve as enlightened and contributing volunteers and board members of many not-for-profit organizations.

Each Leadership Lehigh Valley class is comprised of about 35 select individuals who have demonstrated leadership qualities at their place of employment, and/or in the community. These individuals possess a desire to increase their knowledge of the Lehigh Valley, enhance their involvement in community activities, and further develop their leadership skills.
